Algeron was born on February 16, 2007, in Waco, Texas, to Alma Ontiveros and Algeron Landry Dixon, Sr. From an early age, Algeron's presence was unforgettable. He faithfully served at Roberson Chapel AME Church as a youth usher and sang in the youth choir, demonstrating his love for God and his church family from a young age. He had a smile that could light up any room and a spirit that drew people to him. Known for his loyalty to his friends and unwavering love for his family, Algeron carried a genuine heart of gold that touched everyone he met. Algeron had a deep love for music. He enjoyed making and performing his own songs, expressing himself creatively and passionately under the name "Kashway AL." Music was more than a hobby—it was a part of who he was. Through his sound and style, he connected with others and shared his story in a way that was uniquely his. Though his time here was brief, Algeron's impact was immeasurable. He will be remembered for his bright smile, his loyal heart, his love for his people, and the joy he brought into every space he entered.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Blanca Ontiveros, and his grandfather, Juvencio Ontiveros.
