Mrs. Altagracia Rodriguez, 89, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Eddy, Texas. Funeral service will be 10: a.m., Saturday, June 3 2017, Cole Funeral Home in McGregor, with Reverend Isaias Longoria officiating. Interment will follow in Moody Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017, Cole Funeral Home. Mrs. Rodriguez was born June 9, 1927 to Lorenzo Espericueta and Refugia Rodriguez in Mexico. She is a longtime resident of Eddy and a homemaker. Mrs. Rodriguez had seven children; however, she was a mother to all. She was a strong Christian believer and a kind and loving person. Mrs. Rodriguez was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesus Rodriguez Rico; son, Isidro Rodriguez; daughter-in-law, Julia Flores Rodriguez; granddaughter, Salena Mariana Rodriguez; grandson, Issac Rodriguez; and sister, Tomasa Espericueta Rodriguez.She leaves behind to cherish her memories, daughters, Luisa Gamboa of Mexico, Lydia Martinez of Mexico, Amparo Vargas of Eddy, and Susana Morales and husband, Amado, of Mexico; sons, Benigno Rodriguez of Eddy, Jorge Rodriguez and wife, Manuela of Eddy, Eliseo Rodriguez and wife, Lisa of Eddy, and Honorato Rodriguez and wife, Martha of Eddy; 46 grandchildren, 82 great-grandchildren, 41 great-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
