Athlene Patrick, 98, of Moody, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 in Copperas Cove, Texas. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 18, at 2 PM at First Assembly of God in Moody. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Cole Chapel in Moody. Interment to follow in the Moody Cemetery.Athlene was born April 15, 1918 to Charlie Crockett and Winnie (Clearman) Robinson in Eagle Springs, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Moody and member of First Assembly of God.Athlene was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Hartford Patrick (1997); daughter, Jo Marie Alton (2016); brothers, JD Robinson and James Robinson; sisters, Morie Zettles and Katie Cummings.Athlene leaves behind to cherish her memories, daughters, Jeanett Craddock and husband, Pat of Corsicana, Charleen Dowell of Moody, Patsy Hatter and husband, Bud of Copperas Cove, Carol Haas and husband, James of Moody, Debra Rennels and husband, Tom of Temple; sons, Bobby Patrick and wife, Rikki of Temple, and Gene Patrick and wife, Beverly of Rogers; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; sister, Doris Crow of McGregor; brother, Billy Bob Robinson of Durant, Ok.
