Lillie Westerfeld of Crawford passed away Wednesday morning, November 27, 2013, at the age of 99. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel, 1113 West Fifth Street, McGregor with Rev. Jeff Gravens and Rev. Jerry Walters officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Memorial Park in Crawford. Visitation will be 5 to 7 P.M. Friday at Cole Funeral Home.Mrs. Westerfeld was born October 2, 1914, in Coryell City, Texas, the daughter of the late Henry and Melinda (Emshoff) Bohne. On November 9, 1932, she married Alfred Westerfeld in the Prairie Chapel Community. After sixty-six years of marriage, he preceded her in death January 19, 1999. Lillie was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.Also preceding her in death was a daughter-in-law, Pam Westerfeld, a grandson Danny Parish, nine brothers and sisters. Survivors include two sons, Lloyd Westerfeld and wife Betty of Bluffton, South Carolina, Ronnie Westerfeld and wife Penny of Kingwood; three daughters, Lois Parish and husband Harvey of Salado, Patty Cunningham and husband Richard of Waco, Joyce Gregory of Crawford; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
