Peggy Ann Stewart was born in Eddy, Texas on April 19, 1933, to F.L. Hargrove and Cleo Day Hargrove.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers C.L. "Buddy" Hargrove and Jerry D. Hargrove, and one grandson Derek Browder. Peggy graduated from Bruceville-Eddy High School and spent her remaining days living in Bruceville where she was known for baking and giving out special treats to family and friends. Her favorite times were attending church and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports. Her family was her world and that came a close second to her faith in Jesus Christ. She lived her life walking in God's path, and she earned the heavenly reward she received.

Peggy is survived by her five children, Steven Stewart of Bruceville, Susan and Husband David Browder of Bruceville, Sandra and husband Brad Evans of Lake Whitney, Doug Stewart and wife Deana of Bruceville, David Stewart and wife Doris of Bruceville. Seventeen grandchildren, forty-two great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew, and sister-in-law and best friend Joan Hargrove as well as many friends and a large church family.
