Ruby Joyce Needham, 83, passed away surrounded by family September 4, 2017.Graveside service will be held 2:30p.m., Friday, September 15, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.Ruby was born July 23, 1934 in China Spring, Texas to Herman and Jewel Dean (Meacham) Goode.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband James Louis Needham and siblings, Jack Goode, Charles Goode, and Reba Goode Brown.Survivors include her children, Paula Garakani and husband Hadi, Jim Needham and Carol Blackwood and husband Duane; grandchildren, Corie Irvine and husband Dr. Robert Irvine, Enjuli McNiel and husband Jacob, and Arash Garakani and wife Ashley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Robert Dunn, Austin Irvine, Corbin and Brazos Garakani and Darci McNiel and many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives.
