Mr. William Robert 'Bobby' Walters, age 75, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, in McGregor, Texas. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024 at McGregor Cemetery with Reverend Pat Carroll officiating.

William was born on December 1, 1948, to Thomas S. and Eileen (Ray) Walters in Carrollton, Ohio. He was a longtime resident of McGregor, Texas. He served in the Vietnam War.William married Charlotte Burns on June 21, 1981, in Dresden, Ohio. William was a Heavy Equipment Operator. William enjoyed restoring old tractors and taking them to tractor pulls.

William is preceded in death by his parents, son, Nicholas (Nicky) Walters, brother, Dr. John Walters.

He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Charlotte Walters, children: Carrie Anne Millea and husband, Dave Millea, Valerie Kemp and significant other Matt Aaron; grandkids: Trevor Fisk, Christopher Ochoa, Haley Gentry and husband, Josh, Corey Kemp, Luke Millea and Noah Millea several great grandchildren; sisters, Donna (Bob) Modranski, Gerry (David) Marteney, and Patty (keith) Barnett, brothers, Harry K (Laura) Walters, Steve (Teresa) Walters, and Dick (Brenda) Walters; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends, also survived by his beloved pets, Benzy and Lola.
